All products sold by AminoPowers are research chemicals intended solely for in vitro and laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, not for use in diagnostic procedures, not food, drugs, or cosmetics, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory purchasing these products exclusively for legitimate in vitro / laboratory research purposes.

2. Eligibility

3. Product handling & liability

You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, and use of all products in accordance with applicable laws and laboratory safety standards. AminoPowers is not liable for any misuse, improper handling, or any consequence arising from use of the products for any purpose other than in vitro / laboratory research.

4. Orders & payment

Prices are listed in USD. Payment is accepted in USDT on the Ethereum network or via the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are fulfilled after payment is confirmed on-chain or by the payment processor.

AminoPowers ships to addresses within the United States only. A flat shipping charge is applied at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
