All sales are final

Due to the nature of research chemicals and for safety and integrity reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products once an order has been placed and paid.

Exceptions

We will make it right in the following cases:

Damaged or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us through the Site within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reship the correct item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Non-delivery: if a confirmed order does not arrive, contact us and we will investigate and reship or refund.
Payment errors: if you are charged incorrectly or overpay due to a technical error, the incorrect amount will be refunded.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if payment has not yet been confirmed. Once payment is confirmed on-chain or by the payment processor, the order is final.
