Job Description & Operations Manual
Objective: Recruit 10-20 TikTok influencers to start, then scale to 50+ active creators. This is an ongoing recruitment role, not a one-time project. The initial list below is a starting point — you will continuously find and vet new influencers.

AminoPowers sells research peptides online. We operate in the biohacking, recovery, and performance optimization space. Our target customers are fitness enthusiasts, biohackers, and people interested in cutting-edge wellness compounds.
Your Role
You will identify, contact, and onboard TikTok influencers to our affiliate program. You will be the first point of contact for creators and will manage the relationship from initial outreach through their first sale.

Daily Workflow

Morning (30 min): Check your email for new application notifications (I send these automatically when someone submits the form).

Outreach (3-4 hours): Send 50-100 TikTok DMs per day. This is the core of the job. Use multiple accounts if needed. Focus on volume + personalization.

Follow-up (1 hour): Respond to all replies within 4 hours. Answer questions, handle objections, push to application.

Discovery (1 hour): Find 10-20 NEW influencers not on the starting list. Search hashtags, check followers of existing targets, look at similar accounts.

Tracking (30 min): Update the tracking spreadsheet with today's activity, responses, and new discoveries.
Efficiency & Scale
Realistic daily targets:
- 50-100 DMs per day
- 5-10 follow-ups per day
- 10-20 new influencers discovered per day
- 1-2 applications submitted per day (from your outreach)
How to hit these numbers:
- Use 2-3 TikTok accounts (rotate to avoid rate limits)
- Pre-write 5 message templates, customize just the username and one specific detail
- Work in batches: 1 hour finding targets, 1 hour sending DMs, 1 hour following up
- Use comments as warm entry: comment on their video first, then DM referencing it
- Track what message styles get responses, double down on what works

Compensation Structure
Multi-Level Affiliate Model (Aztec Smart Contract)
We use a cascading commission structure implemented as an Aztec smart contract (privacy-preserving, on-chain):

How it works:
- A refers B → B buys $1000 → A gets $100 (10%)
- B refers C → C buys $1000 → B gets $100 (10%), A gets $50 (5%)
- C refers D → D buys $1000 → C gets $100 (10%), B gets $50 (5%), A gets $25 (2.5%)
- And so on, with each level halving the previous commission
Why Aztec: Privacy-preserving smart contracts. Influencer earnings and referral relationships are private by default. No public leaderboard of who earns what.
Payment: USDT or BOLD on Aztec Network, distributed automatically by the smart contract when a sale completes. No manual payouts. No minimum threshold. Recipients can unwrap to Ethereum mainnet if they prefer.
Tracking Spreadsheet
Maintain a spreadsheet (Excel, LibreOffice, or similar — no Google) with these columns:
- Date contacted
- TikTok username
- Follower count
- Niche/content type
- Message sent (template used)
- Response (Y/N)
- Response date
- Interest level (hot/warm/cold)
- Follow-up date
- Applied (Y/N)
- Approved (Y/N)
- Affiliate link sent
- First post date
- Sales generated

Rules & Guidelines
Legal Compliance: Peptides are sold as "research chemicals" — not for human consumption. Influencers must NOT make medical claims or say "this cured my X." Focus on "recovery," "performance," "research," and personal experience.
- Never spam. Max 15 DMs per day from one account. Space them out.
- Personalize every message. Reference their actual content.
- Don't promise specific results. "Results may vary" is our stance.
- Disclose partnerships. All posts must include #ad or #sponsored.
- Respect "no." If they decline, don't push. Move on.

Payment for Your Work
Base rate: $15-20/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Bonus: $50 for each influencer who makes their first sale
Hours: 10-15 hours per week, flexible schedule
